  • Grants- Kathy is still working through options.

  • Signs- Kathy had shared all of the details for the 3 signs with Galina and will send a follow-up to her this week for an update on progress.

  • Website- Refresh in progress. Be sure to take a look.

  • Treasurers report- Barbara and Ken were not in attendance so we did not have a report for this meeting. We do need to see who is still pending payment for their annual dues so we can follow-up on those payments/membership status.

  • Membership Update- Welcome to Ben Pease our newest member!

  • Events- We decided to cancel the planned May 19th event. We are planning 3 events for this year.

      • GVTHS will have displays and information on Ruth Stone and the Goshen property, along with ice cream and strawberries.

      • We hope to also have the t-shirts available for purchase at this event.

      • People can then visit the Ruth Stone House to see more about the poet.
