This meeting was held at the Goshen Town Hall.

Attendees acknowledged receipt of prior month's minutes with no changes-
Motion to accept by Madine with Galina 2nd
Old Business:
T-Shirts- Madine has placed an additional shirt order with Winning Image. Shirts should be available in time for our May event.
Signs- No permit needed from zoning. Approved to install signs. Ken Brown will work on installation. Sign for the Church (Town Hall) will be placed on the front of the building in the recessed area matching the sign dimensions. The 2nd sign for the School (Town Office) will be placed above the white fence using the metal poles. It will be positioned to face the road so those driving by can read it.
Dugway Ice Contest- Still ice on the ledge. Madine is checking daily. Winner still TBD.
Events-

WWI Event- Planned for Sunday May 18, 2025 (Armed Forces Weekend) Madine has secured space with the Legion. She will reach out to the Brandon Reporter to submit details about the event and invite those in the community who may have historical information they wish to display to reach out to us. The even will be from 2-4 PM. Erin will put information on the website and Facebook. Galina shared that she has a photo and some information about her grandfather's participation in the war.
New Business:

Bob West/ Grant Info- Madine shared that Bob had reached out with information about a grant. Galina will contact him to obtain additional details and invite him to our next meeting.
