Motion to accept by Erin with Madine 2nd
Bob West (Town Energy Coordinator) joined us to review the building/improvement plans slated for the Town Hall. Additionally, he provided an update on the MERP Grant. The town has confirmed that the funds are with the state. Initial proposed change from the architect, Jim Palmer, will need some revisions based on feedback from the Fire Marshall. Changes are specific to Exits (require code updates) and elevator. Galina was invited to attend project meetings to lend her project manager experience.
The town was looking at another grant from the National Historic Registry, however the deadline for submission was missed.
Bob advised that a representative from the state historical team will be visiting to provide additional ideas for potential funding.
There may be an opportunity for a grant from the VT Historical Society or Preservation Trust. Galina will reach out to Elaine from VT HS in regard to any upcoming opportunities.
A question was posed if there were any options with the Walter Serf Grant.

Madine asked if we would be interested in a joint event with Camp Thrope. They had donated a large container of syrup to us so hosting a pancake breakfast might be a nice way to use it. The Centennial for the camp is coming up in 2027.
